Neil DeGrasse Tyson guest stars on Gravity Falls

Disney Channel aired Gravity Falls: “Little Gift Shop Of Horrors” Saturday, Oct. 4th. In a format much similar to Simpsons’ Treehouse of Horror the episode was made up of three self contained stories.

One of these stories involved Waddles the Pig eating “brain goop” and transforming into a super genius.

Astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson, provided the voice of the Speech-generating devices Waddles uses to speak.

The use of a Speech-generating device and motorized wheelchair also felt like an homage to Theoretical Physicist and Cosmologist Stephen Hawking.
